If you wish to cancel your consultancy session after payment, you must notify us in writing at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session will receive a full refund of €17.90. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the session or after the session has taken place.
Approved refunds will be returned to your credit card within 7–14 business days, subject to your bank's processing times.
